Coping with stress....

Stress and anxiety has become a part of our everyday lives. It seems unnatural to hear people who claim they do not or have not suffered from it at some point.
thescream Eight Recycled Versions of Edvard Munch’s ‘The Scream’I have often found myself feeling a little like the scream:

But I have learned to cope with it just by doing simple little things and have though to share my wisdom!

Of course it is sooooo much easier for people in a relationship- they just have so many more options and people to throw stuff at but never mind!
I will not tell you the traditional crap about listening to music really loud or dancing blah blah blah....

My advice is go nuts! Break things - if you have neighbours or colleagues
you dislike what more do you want? You have a place to break things on
AND  get rid of people you don't like- a hit like that should buy you a couple
of weeks without them at least!!!!!

Shout! I have only realised recently that people I see walking talking to themselves
in the street are not crazy - they are just pissed off having a bad day- and what is so
different talking out loud to talking inside your head? I bet there are some really scary
voices, scarier than the ones that are heard out loud! So go ahead start shouting at the
top of your lungs!!!

Honestly it will make you feel better plus no one would bother you cause they'll think
you are a little cuckoo :).  Now there are two ways you can do this either by using a pillow
which by the way you can punch and throw about as well, or by going completely naked
with banana peel on your head running in the street - it really comes down to how extrovert
you are really.

Drinking- now this I find is a trap cause it could backfire making you feel worst or get a
hangover the next day so instead of letting off steam you feel worst and have a hangover
plus you could end up with a drinking problem if you do that every time you get stressed
plus it costs to drink these days and it is no time for spending!!!

Be sarcastic - now this is a clever little tip cause people don't often get sarcasm.
You avoid swearing at people you can't stand, they probably won't get you are being
sarcastic and even if they do and repeat back what you said to someone else,
the response itself will not pass as sarcastic.

So these are a few helpful tips I hope!!!!

Take care......
